roped Climbing sessions
The benefits of climbing appear to be endless and there is nobody that loves spreading that message more than us. For that reason we run 1-1 sessions with a trained volunteer to ensure that everybody gets a chance to reap the benefits of this fast growing sport.
Parkour is a recognised sport that encourages creative and efficient movement. Our sessions will be run by a fully qualified coach from “Parkour Bristol” and held at a gymnastics centre that can accomodate all. No previous experience is required and if you love to jump around or climb trees this may be the sport for you!
Bouldering is a form of climbing without the use of ropes or harnesses. Our sessions take place in a quiet environment with a trained instructor and are perfect for those just looking to climb some walls and have some fun!
